If your item shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us by the times listed here based off of the order/shipping type.
Tips: All goods are sent using a reputable carrier. DPD, DHL and Express Delivery services are our preferred carriers but sometimes we may use others. Regrettably we are unable to offer specific Logistics timeliness.
In the unusual event that ordered goods are out of stock a member of staff will contact you to confirm a delivery date or give you the chance to cancel the order or suggest an alternative.
We can only deliver to the address at which the buyers credit or debit card is registered.
